Occupational health service (OHS) provision
SANAMEDIKA LTD provides comprehensive support as a registered occupational health service, in line with the Health and Safety at Work Act and subordinate regulations. The service is mandatory for all employers, regardless of sector or number of employees.
Health and safety risk assessment
We prepare and maintain workplace risk assessments tailored to your activities, work environment and equipment. The assessment includes:
- identification of hazards
- analysis of occupational risks
- recommendations for preventive measures
- updates when activities change
Sickness analysis and monitoring of health status
We carry out health analysis based on information provided by the employer, as well as medical examination results and working conditions, to track staff health status and limit occupational risks.
Consulting on health and safety at work (OSH)
We provide expert advice on applying regulatory requirements, organising OSH systems and employers’ legal obligations.
Documentation and support during inspections
We help employers prepare and maintain mandatory documentation, and support preparation and cooperation during inspections by supervisory bodies.
Training and briefings
We organise and advise on initial, periodic and extraordinary safety briefings, as well as training on safety and health at work.
Committees and groups on working conditions (CWC and GWC)
We support the establishment and operation of committees and groups on working conditions, defining their composition, duties and documentation. We deliver mandatory training in line with legal requirements and the specifics of your activity. We issue certificates to those who successfully complete the training.
Occupational injury rates and insurance
We advise employers on occupational injury coefficients and mandatory “work accident” insurance under current legislation.

Each service is tailored to the number of employees, the nature of the activity and specific risks, aiming for maximum effectiveness and full compliance with the law.
Preventive medical examinations
We support the organisation of pre-employment, periodic and extraordinary medical examinations for early detection and prevention of occupational disease.
